In flexicontent all fields can be searchaeable and filtreable, but you need to check what you want in order to preserve the performance of you site
For exemple Bedroom :
- Edit the field configuration
- Go to Search, Filtering tab
- Set to yes text search and filter
Now you field can be use for search and filter !
You can manage the display of the filter, like a dropdown, search field, radio, checkbox or slider ...
- Go to filtering tab
- Set filter for category views
- Choose you faceted filter display

ect, you can this for all fileds
Now will display it in category view !
Go to Estate category option
- Go to display tab
- Search and filter form
- Field filter tab
- Set filter order to custom (below)
- In select list choose your wanted field
- You can drag and drop field to change order
The result is a powerfull search system
